Hi! I’m Taylor.
I help young adults, creatives, and folks who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community with their connection to authenticity and joyful existence, identity and gender exploration, life transitions, building self-esteem, feeling stuck in life, creative pursuits and feeling blocked, as well as navigating symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent folks (including ADHD and autism) and individuals in recovery from substance use and eating disorders.

A Note About In-Person Appointments
I wear a mask during all in-person appointments and my office has a HEPA air purifier, which I run continuously. My clients have the option to wear a mask if they prefer; it’s not required. It’s up to each individual to choose what makes them most comfortable.
I also ask that all clients who are positive for colds or viruses (such as Covid-19, RSV, flu, etc.), have been exposed to any viruses, or are just not feeling well, please reschedule their appointments or switch to a telehealth session. Please do not come to the office. I encourage my clients to take care of themselves in the way that feels most supportive as they try to recuperate from sickness. My hope is to minimize the risk of sharing illness between my clients and/or with my community.
